Instructions for Presenters

Oral Presentations

• There will be a computer for powerpoint presentations (PC format) in the session rooms. Acceptable media include CD and USB flashdrive. Macintosh computers will NOT be available in any of the session rooms, so presenters must ensure that their files operate compatibly with the Microsoft Windows environment beforehand. Presenters will not be allowed to use their personal computers when presenting.

• The time limit for a presentation is 15 minutes (except for keynote presentations where it is 40 minutes), followed by 5 minutes assigned to questions from the audience and transition between speakers. You must keep within the time limit.

• We will put all presentations on the conference web site after the conference as pdf files. If you do not want us to distribute your presentation you should inform the organizing committee.

Poster Presentations

• Maximum poster size is width 90 cm and height 120 cm (a little larger than A0)

• Posters should be set up at the allocated board.

• Please deliver your poster to the registration desk during registration hours and we will provide technical setting of the posters.
